1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service through Singapore Airport Pickup (operated by Veloce Limo Pte Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The fare agreed at booking is the final fare. Additional charges may apply for significant route changes. We accept PayNow, PayLah, and cash.

4. Cancellations & Changes

More than 12 hours notice: Full refund or no charge
4–12 hours notice: 50% of the agreed fare may be charged
Less than 4 hours or no-show: Full fare may be charged

5. Flight Delays

We monitor all incoming flights in real time. In the event of a delay, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra charge.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses including missed flights or meetings due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, road closures).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
